Frequently Asked Questions

  • We offer pay ranges between $22/hr to up to $28/hour (base). We take into account: Your experience level (in years), Your education, and whether or not, you speak multiple languages. When working holidays or scheduled time off, and you choose to work that time, you will be paid at 1.5x your billable rate. Your dedication to your client and your families should be compensated in a fair and just way.

    We meet you where you need to be because we understand that bills need to be paid and everyone deserves to enjoy life outside of work. We are also transparent in what we are and are not able to do.

  • Our pay ranges depending on what you are looking for in your next level of employment. We allow each clinician to choose their billable requirement as long as it fits two things: our recommended requirement of supervision for each client (12-20%) and our ethical requirement indicated by the BACB.

    If you are looking to work 15 billable hours, you can do that as an hourly employee (based on market ranges).

    If you are looking to make 6 figures and want to work 30-35 hours per week, that is also doable but not required.

    We believe that each clinician has the right and deserves to reserve the right to prevent burnout, to not be overextended, and to dictate how much of their time is dedicated to work.

  • We are led by a founder that has worked in every position that ABA fields typically create: BT, RBT, Lead RBT, BCBA, Lead BCBA, Assistant Clinical Director, and Director of ABA services. As such, Sebastian has a unique understanding of the roles and responsibilities of each position. We want to ensure that you feel not only adequately paid but sufficiently supported in all development you want to pursue. Our goal is longevity at LTABA. Studies have shown that RBTs last a maximum of 1.5-2 years (BACB article on turnover) and we want to break that mold and create an environment where clinician’s feel that this is a forever home.

    We also understand that while you may love the JOB or the kiddos you may help grow, you may not see it as a forever career, which is completely okay. We want individuals that bring the most to the table for as long as they want and are able to. We will offer references as needed when switching out of the ABA field and ensure a smooth transition.

    Since we are growing, looking at different fields, may also come with different job opportunities!

  • We are currently a start up and offer a competitive pay rate (should you want to work hourly) or are able to offer guaranteed hours for the hours you are scheduled for (at a slightly lower rate). We will also offer 4 weeks of PTO (2 weeks in christmas time and 2 weeks towards the end of the school year), 1 week on Labor day weekend, and 1 week on thanksgiving, along with 5 PTO days and 5 sick days off of unpaid time off. (UPTO).

    Our rationale behind this time off is two fold: 1. you deserve time off as much as anyone else and 2. it allows for families to take vacations and reduce the number of cancellations as the time off offers structured vacation time to take off.

    As we grow, we will always be looking to expand what we can do for our staff (such as additional PTO, medical, dental, vision, etc.), but we will be transparent in what we are feasible able to do or what we will need to wait on.

    At LTABA, we will continuously update you on future projects and how long something will take to be able to achieve.

  • Each staff member will be able to access these benefits after a 60 day probationary period. This will ensure that you can make the decision as to whether we are a good fit and ensure that we are able to accurately identify your strengths and deficits and address them in a timely manner.
